TERMS & CONDITIONS + WARRANTY + REBATE AGREEMENT
1. Scope of Work
This agreement applies to the sale, installation, and service of the Costway Model FP10895US-12WH Mini Split System provided by our company (“Contractor”).
2. Equipment Warranty (Manufacturer-Based)
The installed system includes a Limited Five (5) Year Warranty covering:

Customer agrees to assign rebate payments to Contractor when applicable. If rebate is paid directly to Customer, Customer agrees to remit such funds to Contractor within five (5) business days if previously credited toward the project cost.
